Hello, I'm Heather Andersen. I graduated in May of 2009 with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Communication from Northern Michigan University, located in the pine tree laden city of Marquette, Michigan. My time at Northern was amazing, and I was surrounded with some extremely talented professors and fellow students. I currently live in Jackson, Michigan, and am currently looking for a place to express my creativity through design.

In my career I have explored many aspects of graphic design including typography, layout design, packaging, and website creation. I enjoy exploring my creativity, and to always push myself to achieve something more. I never settle for "good enough", even if that means putting much more time and effort into a project.

When I'm not working I enjoy watching independent/avante garde films, going to local concerts, riding my bicycle, cooking, and photography. I'm also into the animal rights movement, and have been a loyal vegan for the past two years. I love spending time with my family and friends, and someday I would love to learn Japanese and travel abroad.
